More Update

I have terrible posture!! Here I am sitting at the computer like Quasimodo would. Oh well. We don't live in the era of perfect posture, but we also don't live in the era of corsets that squeeze your bones and organs together - and that is a good thing. Ugh I'm trying so hard to sit up straight now and it's tiresome.
